The stays are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August (possibility of arrival on Sunday or Wednesday, contact us directly). All rentals are nominative and cannot in any case be transferred.

Rentals are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated and clean before 10 a.m. For your weekend or short stays, arrival possible from 2 p.m., departure before 6 p.m. (subject to availability)

A deposit by credit card (imprint) per rental will be required on your arrival to cover any possible deterioration, the tenant agreeing to reimburse the full damage for which he would be responsible, management reserving the right to judge the state of cleanliness in which the rental is returned. These deposits will be destroyed after your departure and the inventory of the mobile home.

To confirm your reservation directly, please send us 30% of the total amount of the stay, either by check made out to Roybon campsite, or by ANCV holiday vouchers, or online payment. The reservation will be effective only upon receipt of this deposit and after confirmation from us with the sending of a voucher.

The balance will be payable 30 days maximum before your arrival. In the absence of payment of the balance within this period, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

For short stays, 100% of the payment upon booking.

In case of cancellation, you will be retained:

the deposit and the booking processing fees, acquired from the owner for whatever reason
the total amount of the stay if you cancel less than 30 days before the scheduled date or if you do not show up on this date
No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure

The Roybon campsite cancellation guarantee covers you against the consequences of the Cancellation of your stay.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE, if any of the following events occur:

- Serious illness, serious accident or death.
  * of yourself, your de jure or de facto spouse
  * of your ascendants, descendants or those of your de jure or de facto spouse, sons-in-law, beautiful girls.
  * of your brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law.

- Material damage reaching your own property (main residences or professional premises) and imperatively requiring your presence.

- As a result of fire, explosion, water damage, property damage following theft or vandalism, storm or natural disaster.

- Accident or total theft of your vehicle and / or caravan occurring on the (direct) route to the place of stay.

- Economic dismissal.
  * of yourself, your de jure or de facto spouse

- Obtaining after the reservation date of the rental of an open-ended contract, for a person registered with the ANPE for more than a year.

YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED:

* of the amount paid as a deposit for the rental in the event of an event occurring between the reservation date and the 30th day before the scheduled date of entry into use of the reservation.

* 100% of the rental amount, in the event of an event occurring less than 30 days before this date.

The booking fees and the cancellation guarantee are in no case refundable.

WHAT ARE YOUR OBLIGATIONS IN THE EVENT OF AN EVENT REQUIRING TO CANCEL THE STAY?

1 / As of the first manifestation of the disease or upon knowledge of the event giving rise to the guarantee, you MUST imperatively notify the campsite management within 24 hours.

2 / Provide by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt all the documents necessary for your declaration, namely:
  * A medical certificate specifying the nature, origin and severity of the accident or illness,
  * a copy of your health plan statement,
  * a death certificate,
  * any proof of the event ...
